  • What is TKSO Unlimited?

    For $30 USD per month (or $330/year), our subscription members will have access to the entire class collection, and community forum.

    Our classes cost between $60 to $360 individually, so our subscription gives you more content in a lower cost, and you can start with any technique, or jump between classes.

  • How long does the membership last?

    Your subscription is auto-renewed monthly, or yearly if you choose to subscribe annually.

    You will have access to our entire class collection while your subscription is active.

  • Can I sign up for TKSO Unlimited if i'm an existing student?

    Yes, of course! If you've bought classes with TKSO, you'll have lifetime access to the classes you've purchased.

  • What is the minimum commitment term?

    The minimum commitment term for the month-to-month membership is 1 month, and 1 year for annual membership.

  • Do you offer free trial?

    We do not offer free trials of TKSO Unlimited.

  • What is the refund policy for TKSO Unlimited?

    We hope you are happy with our classes. If you are not completely satisfied, or you're not sure if a class is right for you, please send us an email to support@theknittingschool.online.

  • How do I cancel my subscription plan?

    You may cancel your subscription at anytime by going to “My Account” and then “Billing” to access your subscription order. You will find the Cancel button on the right hand side.

    Your subscription will end on the date before your next bill is due.

  • Can I pause or extend my subscription?

    Unfortunately, we are not able to pause or extend your subscription. However, if you are on the monthly plan, you can always cancel, and re-subscribe when you are ready to continue learning.

  • How do I switch my monthly plan to yearly?

    The easiest way to switch from monthly to yearly is to cancel your current subscription, and subscribe to our annual plan.

    Be sure to login to your account before subscribing to a different plan, in order to retain your class progress.
